How to Install the Provision ISR Cam2 App and Add your Networked Device

Step-by-Step Setup Instructions

1. Install the App
   1. Open the App Store or Google Play, search for Provision CAM 2, install the app, and tap Open.
2. Skip Account Setup
   1. When prompted to create an account, tap Skip.
   2. On the next “Add Device” screen, tap Skip again in the top-right corner.
3. Add Your Device
   1. On the main Live screen, tap the Add Device (+) icon in the upper-right corner.
4. Allow Permissions
   1. When prompted, allow camera access and select “While using the app.”
5. Upload Your QR Code
   1. Tap the image icon to upload the QR code from your phone (or scan it if you have a printed copy).
6. Enter Login Information
   1. Once the QR code loads, your device info will auto-fill.
   2. Enter the username and password, then tap Save.
7. View Your Cameras
   1. Tap the device dropdown (red bar), select your system, then tap the play button to load cameras.
   2. You should now see your cameras in a grid view.
8. Set to Highest Resolution (Recommended)
   1. Double-tap any camera to open it.
   2. Tap once on the screen to show controls.
   3. Tap the HD icon.
   4. Select the highest option (e.g., Super Definition).
